PetMeds Spotlight: Human Food for pets

Posted under PetMeds Spotlight

Today’s PetMeds Spotlight is on human food. There are few among us that can resist the urge to “accidentally” drop a slice of ham for our best friend when we are making ourselves a sandwich. But there are some things to consider when sharing at meal time. Some medical conditions can cost upwards of a few hundred dollars a month, and for some people it proves to be too much. We at 1800PetMeds feel that providing you with a lower-cost alternative to your vet can help making the financial decisions involved a little bit easier. Diabetes, congestive heart failure, and heartworm are some of the issues that at first can seem really expensive, but with either some preventative medicines or generic alternative can be made manageable.
