Rescue Spotlight: All Dogs’ Heaven

Callie is available for adoption through All Dogs' Heaven

Located in a suburb of Cleveland, OH, All Dogs’ Heaven is a non-profit rescue group staffed by volunteers who are dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected, abandoned and abused dogs. They provide a safe foster home for these dogs, with the ultimate goal of finding a loving, permanent home for each dog. This organization is also dedicated to educating the community about pet welfare issues and the importance of spaying and neutering.

The All Dogs’ Heaven website maintains a list of adoptable pets, as well as an on-line adoption application. All of their adoptable animals are vetted, tested for worms, vaccinated, spayed or neutered, and microchipped.

How can you help? If you live in the area, you can volunteer to provide a foster home for a dog in need. All Dogs’ Heaven gratefully accepts your tax-deductible donation. You can also donate needed pet supplies such as collars, leashes, pet food, pet toys, and cleaning supplies. PetMeds was proud to help support All Dogs’ Heaven with a donation of pet supplies.

Abby Rosenberg

Abby Rosenberg is a PetMeds employee and long-time cat lover. She was a volunteer for several years at a local no-kill cats only rescue shelter. This has prepared her for her most challenging role to date: secretary, photographer, social coordinator and treat dispenser for Daisy, and Daisy’s sidekick Harley. Daisy is a dilute calico Devon Rex cat, and Harley is a “cow-cat” who was adopted from the shelter where Abby volunteered. You can also find Abby on Google+
