Adoptable pet spotlight: Lucky

Are you looking for a loving puppy to add to your family? Meet Lucky! This 6-month-old, five pound terrier mix is available for adoption through the Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico.

Lucky is up for adoption in New Mexico!

This little man has quite the story to tell, if only he could. Lucky is a six month old, five pound scruffy Brussels Griffon/terrier mix. His rescuers named him Lucky due to the condition he came to us in. He was found out in the middle of nowhere with a large wound on one side of him and one on the back of him. How he survived by himself as the wounds were already scabbed over and somewhat old, we have no clue.

He’s cute as can be and gets along with other dogs and cats. His foster is working with him on house-training and using the dog door. He’s a little mouthy like puppies can be, but he responds to ‘no.’ He is still getting settled, but already he’s shown himself to be a loving and sweet little man. He’d make a great addition to any family.

Lucky is available for adoption through the Lap Dog Rescue of New Mexico in Albuquerque, NM. If you would like to make Lucky part of your family, please submit an online application, found on their website, and be sure to include his name at the top.
