Love sweets? What could be sweeter than little Brownie here! He’s available for adoption from Poodle Rescue of Vermont.
Meet Brownie! Brownie is an adorable toy poodle who came into rescue as an owner surrender from New York City. Unfortunately, Brownie’s parents were moving and they couldn’t take sweet Brownie with them and so they brought Brownie back to the pet shop to “return” him. Poodle Rescue of Vermont was called and now Brownie is no longer a city boy, but a Vermonter! Brownie is adjusting wonderfully to life in his foster home, he loves to go for walks and ride in cars. This tiny apricot boy is overall a happy-go-lucky boy looking for a home to call his own! Brownie will be 2 years old on Valentine’s day this year. Will you make Brownie’s birthday wish come true and be his Valentine this year?
Check out Brownie’s pictures from his photo shoot at a birthday party for his doggie foster sisters’ pup scouts troop in NYC before he flew to Vermont! If you are interested in adopting Brownie, you can fill out an application at the Poodle Rescue of Vermont website. Check out Poodle Rescue of Vermont on Facebook, too!
Note: If you’re affiliated with a rescue or shelter and you’d like PetMeds to feature one of your shelter’s adoptable dogs or cats, just email us at rescuepet@petmeds.com.

Brownie is the sweetest. We met him at the PupScout meeting and at the birthday party too… my FiFiGiGi and he hit it off immediately. If we weren’t already a 2 poodle household he’d be mine for sure. You won’t be disappointed if you add Brownie to your pack.
