This week’s PetMeds adoptable pet spotlight is on Jojo, an American Bulldog mix!
Nicole at Allen Babcock Rescue, Inc. shares the following about Jojo:
Meet Jojo! Jojo is a handsome American Bulldog mix who had a rough start in life. His owner starved him and kept him tied up before cruelty officers found him. The owner was brought up on charges and Jojo was put into our care. Jojo is now a healthy, happy boy who loves his toys and absolutely loves to play fetch and tug-of-war for hours at a time. Jojo is also crazy about tennis balls and just loves to swim! Jojo is approximately 2 1/2 – 3 years old and weighs about 65 lbs. Jojo needs to be the only dog as he was never socialized with other dogs before coming into our care, therefore he sometimes sees other dogs as a threat to him. He walks great on a leash and is a great cuddler! We would like a home for Jojo that is experienced with bully breeds, is able to provide Jojo with obedience and structure and understands food possession. We think a home without young children or other animals is best for Jojo.
