Adoptable pet spotlight: Sega

Are you looking for a young, active dog to join your family? Meet Sega, a 10-month-old terrier mix available for adoption at Capitol Canines Animal Rescue in Washington, D.C.

This adorable boy came to Capitol Canines Animal Rescue from a high-kill gassing shelter in North Carolina. Despite this hard beginning, Sega is a happy and friendly pup, who wants nothing more than to play, run and cuddle with both other dogs and people alike.  He is currently fostered in the DC-area in a home with children and does very well with them.
Sega is full of energy and will do best in an active home. He would make a fantastic running or hiking buddy. He is house-trained, crate-trained, neutered, up-to-date on vaccines, and heartworm negative.
Sega is available for adoption through Capitol Canines Animal Rescue. For more information or to apply to adopt Sega, please visit their website.

Note: If you’re affiliated with a rescue or shelter and would like PetMeds to feature one of your group’s adoptable pets, please email us at rescuepet@petmeds.com.
