We rescued/adopted GiGi last November after she tragically lost both of her human parents.  Her mom died of a sudden heart attack and two months later her dad was shot and killed while she and her brother were in the house.  Both my husband and I fell in love as soon as we saw her.  We took her home that night to meet her two Beagle sisters and her two sister kitties and brother kitty.  She was very depressed for awhile but slowly came around.  Then, surprise!  Gi is going to be a mommy!  Dec 26th she blessed us with 5 beautiful pups!  We gave 4 away and kept little Peanut, who has been a joy!
