Shelter Spotlight: Hounds of G.R.A.C.E.

Greyhound Retirement Adoption Care and Education (G.R.A.C.E.) is a non-profit organization with a mission to find loving forever homes for retired racing greyhounds. Located in Michigan, they have an all-volunteer staff.

G.R.A.C.E. assists those interested in adopting a greyhound by educating them about the breed and the dogs available for adoption, as well as helping potential adopters choose the greyhound that will best fit their lifestyle and environment.

The Hounds of G.R.A.C.E. website has photos and descriptions of greyhounds available for adoption, such as Eddie here.  Eddie is a happy sort, and when he sees you, he wags his tail like a helicopter! If you are interested in Eddie or any of the other greyhounds available for adoption, G.R.A.C.E. has an online adoption form you can complete.

G.R.A.C.E. is happy to accept monetary donations, or donations of supplies.  Since their staff is all-volunteer, 100% of your tax-deductible donations goes towards supporting the greyhounds, and their message.  You can also volunteer to foster a retired racing greyhound.
